Majjige Kodubale: ( Crispy Rice Flour kodubale)
Ingredients:
- Rice flour -2cups
- Sour Curd - 1 cup
- Greenchilli paste - 1 tsp
- jeera -1tsp
- curry leaves chopped - 1tsp
- Salt
- Water
- Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Dilute 1 cup of sour curd with 1 cup of water. Add green chilli paste and salt,jeera , curry eaves. Bring this mixture to boil. Add rice flour to boiling water and reduce the heat.
- Let the rice flour cook for 3-4 mins on low heat. Switch off the stove and mix well. Let the flour mixture cool down.
- Knead the dough with your hands till you get lump free soft dough.
- Pinch a small ball from the dough and make kodubale(roung rings).
- .Deep fry them in hot oil till crisp. { Heat oil on medium heat to get crisp kodubales.}
- Enjoy them with coconut chutney .
