- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 cup Yogurt /curd
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 Green chilli
- 1/2 sp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 sp Asafoetida/hing
- 10-15 Curry leaves 10-15
- 2 tbsp Fresh pomegranate pearls
Method
- Take rice in a bowl, add milk and curd ,salt and mix well.
- Chop green chilli and add to rice.
- Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal, mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves .fry for min.
- Add the tempering to rice and mix well .
- Chill in the refrigerator. Transfer into serving dish, sprinkle some pomegranate pearls and serve.
