Ingredients:
- Sesame seeds 1 cup
- Jaggery 1 cup
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
Method:
Dry roast the sesame seeds in a flat pan on medium heat. Rost till they are a very pale golden colour and aromatic.- Put the jaggery and water in a pan and melt to form a thick syrup.
- Add the toasted sesame seeds to the syrup and mix well, add the ghee. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Take off from the stove.
- Take small amount of mixture and roll it in hand to form a ball or ladoo.
