Grilled Potato kababs :
These mouthwatering vegetarian kababs are made with many
delicious spices and herbs.They are quick and easy to make, and can be enjoyed
on any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg potatoes peeled, diced and half boiled
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 5 pods chopped garlic
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 Tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp besan flour (roasted)
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2tsp rock salt
- 1 Tbsp kasoori methi(dry methi leaves)
- 1 /2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 15 ml mustard oil
- In a medium mixing bowl place all dry ingredients.
- Add curd, lemon juice, ginger paste, chopped garlic and mustard oil and mix well.
- Add diced potatoes, mix well set aside at least for 2 hours in a refrigerated condition.
- Skewer the marinated potatoes.
- Grill on a moderate hot griller till the potatoes are cooked.
- Brush some oil before serving.
