Shankarpole

- 1 ½ cup milk
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup ghee
- ½ cup refined flour
- ½ cup wheat flour
- Dry flour as required
- Oil to fry
Method:
- In a pan, add milk, powdered sugar and ghee and let it boil.
- To make the dough, in a bowl add refined flour, wheat flour, the boiled milk and ghee mixture and make a dough.
- Sprinkle dry flour on a board and roll a big roti out of the dough.
- Cut into the required shape with a cutter and remove on a plate.
- Fry in hot oil and then remove on a tissue paper.
- Once cooked, store the shankar pole in an airtight container.
- Shankar Pole are ready to eat.
